WiFi Consultant Client Relationship
Below are some customer questions/comments I hear often on wireless / WiFi projects.
Can you skip the site survey and just tell me how many access points I need to buy.
Can you teach me how to perform site surveys so I can do it myself.
An access point costs that much?? I saw one at Best Buy for $80.
I need how many access points?? I have one access point in my basement and it covers the whole house.
We don’t need a WIDS solution because we don’t allow wireless.
Our budget is limited and we are thinking of only deploying rogue detection sensors where we have wireless.
Our network engineer says our switches can detect rogue access points.
I could go on and on…..
