Geolocate BSSIDs

In the main Scan screen the Lat / Long of discovered BSSIDs is shown if the “Show Lat / Long” check box is marked.

Graph RSSI Value of Discovered Devices

WiFi Scanner now graphs the RSSI value of discovered access points over time. Double click row in Scan screen above to open Monitor window below.

Graph RSSI Value of Connected Network

Click the Interface button and check the Graph View box to display the RSSI of the connected WiFi network.

View Access Point Location on Google Maps

WiFi Scanner uses Google’s WiFi positioning database for lat / long info. Click the Google Map button in the monitor screen to show location of Access Point in Google Maps.

Show Estimated WiFi Coverage in Google Earth

Click the Google Earth button in the monitor screen to show location of Access Point in Google Earth with a 3D dome showing estimated coverage area.
